The vision of IBEW Local 787 is to ensure that every LUMA's employee's voice is heard and that your race, ethnicity, gender, class, or religion does not limit the right to have your voice heard. And most importantly, as your organizing body, we will not quit or leave behind fellow employees in our efforts to bargain for transparency, job security, and wages.

Hello, Local 787,
Our membership drive is in full gear. We have a new digital membership application that will be available (insert date). Our local has been selected to be the first Local to experience this special moment. This application allows us to become members in just minutes. This will be available statewide with immediate membership access. Our IBEW Leadership is so excited to extend this pilot application to us. We anticipate they will be watching closely and making this application process available internationally. Our IBEW organizers are also on board and will be helping with the membership drive and maybe reaching out via phone or email. Once your application is received you will be assigned a member number. This membership card and number will be forwarded to you by mail.
